Credit or Debit card
When you pay online via Credit or Debit card, please click 'Return to Linda Miller Photography' at the end of the PayPal payment to receive a confirmation email automatically. This email contains ‘download links’ if you opted for digital downloads, or confirmation that your order will go into production.

If you do not return to Linda Miller Photography once online payment is completed the confirmation email will not be sent. Should this happen please send me email (linda@lindamillerphotography.co.uk) and I'll email you the confirmation as soon as possible. Remember to include your order number and name in your correspondence.

Cheques/Postal Orders
You can still order online, but select 'Pay Offline' instead of PayPal as your method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation for the order, containing instructions of where to send payment. Once funds have cleared the email containing download links will be sent and any prints will go into production.

Delivery

Digital Downloads
Email confirmations are automatically sent following confirmed payment. These confirmation emails contain your download links.

Prints
Your photographic prints go into production following cleared payment. These are checked for quality before posting directly to the client. This usually takes 5-10 working days, but please allow 15 working days due to heavy demand.

Confirmation Emails

If you are expecting a confirmation email and it hasn't arrived, please also check your spam folders too. If you still do not receive the email within a couple of hours, email me (linda@lindamillerphotography.co.uk) and I will resend the confirmation email.

Refunds and Returns

All orders are non-refundable. Any items that arrive damaged or contain defects will be replaced. You will need to return all damaged items in the original packaging to Linda Miller Photography, including proof of postage costs. We will organise replacements items and reimburse your postage costs.
